Key Performance Areas

Marketing

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the occupancy of available units.
• Identify target markets and tailor marketing content to their needs.
• Build and maintain the company’s brand and increase brand awareness.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing initiatives.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with media and external stakeholders.
• Promote and maintain a positive public image of the company.
• Coordinate publicity and external communication.

• Keep residents informed about activities, services and developments.
• Encourage resident participation in activities that promote their wellbeing.
• Develop clear, engaging and relevant internal communications

Digital & Social Media

• Manage social media and digital communication platforms.
• Create engaging written and visual content.
• Monitor engagement and client feedback.
• Utilise digital communication tools effectively.

• Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 3-4 years' experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent social media and content-writing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of elderly care and relevant legislation, including the Older Persons Act, OHS Act and POPIA.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Ability to interpret and utilise client feedback survey results.
