PDI SW - Líder Técnico III (.Net / Angular)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PDI SW - Líder Técnico III (.Net / Angular) based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the technical direction of software development projects while helping teams deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions. You will combine hands-on software engineering with architecture, technical planning, mentoring, and project leadership. The position focuses on web solutions built with C#, .NET Core, and Angular, alongside modern DevOps and Agile practices. You will help define solution architectures, establish technical standards, support quality assurance, and guide developers throughout the delivery lifecycle. The role also involves designing continuous integration and delivery practices and integrating complex enterprise systems. Accountabilities:

• Provide technical leadership for software development teams and projects, guiding technical decisions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and propose performant, flexible, scalable, and reliable solutions that consider the requirements of integrated systems and overall solution performance.
• Define, document, and maintain logical and executable system architectures.
• Develop functional specifications and translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions.
• Prepare technical, operational, and management-support documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop high-level web applications and provide technical support for the implementation and evolution of web solution functionalities.
• Review source code according to technology best practices, coding standards, maintainability, and quality requirements.
• Support QA teams by providing technical guidance and helping address development and testing challenges.
• Design software solutions that support continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Provide technical training, mentoring, guidance, and ongoing support to developers.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the technical activities and progress of assigned projects.
• Contribute to the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices across development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field such as Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience developing software solutions using C#, .NET Core, and Angular.
• Experience working with Agile software development methodologies and a strong DevOps culture.
• Advanced knowledge of web solution architecture and software design.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Solid knowledge of web services, APIs, and software design patterns.
• Experience with software and project modeling, including the ability to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of application containerization using Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Experience with source code version control and code analysis tools.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations and enterprise system integration is valuable.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for web application development, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of automated and unit testing practices.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design tools and principles.
• Strong communication, leadership, planning, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to provide technical direction while collaborating effectively with developers, QA professionals, project management, and other stakeholders.
• Intermediate English proficiency is considered an advantage.
