Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Senior Analyst who can work across data extraction, analysis, modelling, and business insights generation. The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, translating business requirements into analytical solutions, and partnering with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Be the analytical expert in Kaleidofin, managing ambiguous problems by using data to execute sophisticated quantitative modeling and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop comprehensive skills, including business judgment, analytical problem-solving, technical depth, and project management.
• Become an expert on data and trends, both internal and external to Kaleidofin.
• Communicate key states of the business metrics and develop dashboards to enable teams to understand business metrics independently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to drive data analysis for key business questions, communicate insights, and drive the planning process with company executives.
• Automate scheduling and distribution of reports and support auditing and value realization.
• Partner with data engineering architects to define and ensure proposed business intelligence solutions adhere to an enterprise reference architecture.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles.
• Mandatory Skills: Python (Expert), SQL (Expert), Data Analysis (Expert), Model Monitoring (Intermediate to Expert), Machine Learning (Intermediate to Expert), Database Concepts (Intermediate to Expert), Data Modelling Concepts (Intermediate to Expert), Data Visualization Tools (Power BI/Tableau) - Beginner and Above.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of statistical techniques and hypothesis testing.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and query tuning.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
• Experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or microfinance analytics will be an added advantage.
• Working domain knowledge in banking or lending business.
