Marketing Student Worker
Keepit's Southern Europe region is growing fast and splitting into two teams to match that ambition. To support two regional leaders and an expanding field and channel presence, the marketing team needs someone on the ground - executing events, activating campaigns, and making the regional plan real. This is where you learn B2B marketing by doing it.
About the role
Keepit's Southern Europe region is growing fast - and splitting into two regions to match that growth. With two regional leaders in place, an expanding field presence, and growing channel activities, the regional marketing team is looking for field and operational support to help execute the plan.
You'll work directly with the Senior Marketing Manager and regional leadership to make things happen on the ground - from field events in France, Spain, and Italy, to content localization and regional campaign activation. This is a role for someone who wants to see how B2B marketing actually gets done - not in a classroom, but in the field.
You will:
Field events
Research and coordinate logistics for regional field events across France, Spain, and Italy.
Set up Keepit presence at events - booth materials, branded assets, lead capture tools, and pre-event briefings.
Attend events on the ground and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Content localization
Coordinate the localization of marketing content into French, Spanish, and Italian - managing briefs, timelines, and reviews with internal teams.
Ensure localized content stays on-brand, on-message, and ready to publish or deploy.
Team coordination and marketing operations
Brief regional teams on upcoming campaigns, events, and activation plans.
Support digital marketing activation for the Southern Europe region.
Help maintain project plans, asset libraries, and shared trackers to keep execution on schedule.

About you
Must-haves:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Fluent in English and French.
Organized and reliable, with a habit of following through, flagging blockers early, and keeping projects moving.
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once without losing the detail.
Curious about B2B marketing and eager to learn by doing.
Some prior exposure to marketing, event coordination, or content work - internships, student projects, or freelance work all count.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 and social platforms.
Nice-to-haves:
Able to speak Italian and/or Spanish.
