Kepak Group is a family-owned Irish meat processor and food company headquartered in Clonee, County Meath, near Dublin, supplying beef, lamb and pork cuts, foodservice products and convenience foods to retailers and restaurants. Founded by master butcher Noel Keating more than 50 years ago, it runs manufacturing plants in Ireland and the UK, including sites in Cork, Merthyr Tydfil and York, sources livestock from about 17,000 farmers, and owns brands such as Rustlers and Big Al's. It recruits abattoir and boning hall operatives, skilled knife operators, hygiene and production operatives, forklift drivers, maintenance electricians and engineers, quality assurance technicians and graduates.
