2-5 years experience in business analysis, data analysis, product analysis or a similar data and analytics role, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience working with relational data, SQL and reporting or visualisation tools; experience with Power BI or AWS Redshift is advantageous
Knowledge of testing practices, data quality management and defect resolution, with the ability to support successful product releases and continuous improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both business and technical teams while managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes.
