O que você fará

  • Prestar suporte a clientes internos e externos, garantindo soluções rápidas e eficazes.

  • Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com stakeholders internos.

  • Participar de reuniões com equipes multidisciplinares.

  • Colaborar com as equipes de atendimento ao cliente para proporcionar experiências excepcionais.

  • Preparar e enviar relatórios para clientes, agregando valor por meio de insights e ações proativas.

  • Estar cursando atualmente graduação em Administração, Logística, Relações Internacionais, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.

  • Conhecimento intermediário de Microsoft Office.

  • Capacidade de aprender rapidamente e trabalhar de forma colaborativa.

  • Inglês intermediário/avançado
