Job Summary
The System Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, networks, and user accounts. The role ensures system security, reliability, availability, and optimal performance to support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system-related technical issues.
Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT helpdesk tickets.
Manage user accounts, access permissions,

ce Qualifications and Requirements
@ _ Diploma or degree in Information Technology, @ _ Experience with backup solutions,
Computer Science, or a related field. endpoint security, and system monitoring tools.
@ Minimum 5-6 years of experience in system @ Knowledge of virtualization technologies administration or IT infrastructure support. such as VMware or Hyper-V is an advantage.
@ Good knowledge of Windows Server, @ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and
Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. problem-solving skills.
