SAP ABAP Cloud Development Lead

Role Overview :

Development of custom software solutions designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices.

You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into effective software designs, ensuring that the solutions are functional, efficient, and maintainable.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills :

- Total Experience : 12 - 16 years in SAP ABAP Cloud.

- Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.

- Good To Have Skills : Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HANA.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience with agile methodologies and practices.

- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem.

AI Expertise :

- Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI implementation.
