Position Overview：
Support acquisition and operations decisions with data; responsible for growth attribution, retention / LTV modeling and ad monetization analysis. The analytical core for single-product data review.
Responsibilities：
- Build and maintain core metric dashboards (DAU / retention / ARPU / CPI / ROAS / LTV)
- Conduct acquisition attribution analysis and channel ROI evaluation to support budget allocation
- Analyze retention funnels and user segmentation; identify churn points and optimization opportunities
- Support A/B experiment design and effectiveness evaluation for version updates and events
- Produce aggregated data briefs to support decision-makers (including aggregated figures compliant with regulatory requirements)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or related fields
- Proficient in SQL; master Python or R for data processing and analysis
- Familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker, etc.)
- Statistical thinking and foundational knowledge of A/B testing concepts
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience in data analysis / growth / the gaming industry
- Understanding of mobile ad attribution (MMP: AppsFlyer / Adjust, etc.)
- Understanding of game economy systems and monetization models
