- 4+ years in a hands-on security operations or security engineering role, not purely ticket-routing.
- Deep working knowledge of at least three of: Barracuda WAF, Palo Alto, Check Point, Proofpoint, DLP, EDR/XDR.
- Demonstrable AWS security experience, ideally including a live DDoS or WAF tuning event.
- Strong TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP and authentication fundamentals.
- You should be able to read a packet capture and a WAF log without a GUI.
- Working knowledge of MITRE ATT& CK and a structured incident response process.
