We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the reporting and analytics capability across the business.
- Deliver meaningful insights that support operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and executives to drive a data-driven culture.
- Develop and implement reporting frameworks, KPI governance, and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
- Drive innovation through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
Requirements:
Postgraduate qualification in:- Actuarial Science
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Data Science
- Or a related quantitative discipline
- Leading reporting or analytics teams
- Working with senior stakeholders and executives
- Developing reporting frameworks and business insights
- Advanced analytics and machine learning
- Managing projects and team performance
Technical Skills:
- Python
- SQL
- Power BI
- Data Visualisation
- Advanced Analytics
- KPI Reporting & Governance
- Machine Learning (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, Pandas, etc.)
- Data Quality and Stewardship Frameworks
