• Express your interest: Send us your CV or reach out directly.
• Getting to know each other: You'll first meet a Nitor People Partner. An open conversation about what you're looking for and what we can offer.
• You're in: When a project is a good fit, we agree on clear terms. You'll have a dedicated contact at Nitor throughout the project.
• You stay in the loop: When the project ends, you don't disappear from the picture. You're now part of the Nitor G.O.A.T. Collective, and among the first to hear when new projects open up.
