Senior Product Manager

Top Goal is our next major title, a Football game built for a passionate audience that could become a defining product in mobile sports gaming. We're at the stage where ambition needs to meet execution, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to maximise this incredible opportunity with us.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:

• Impact Product strategy and Product roadmap with Game Lead and Creative Director based on research data and mobile gaming knowledge
• Engineering, Design, and Art to align on priorities and ship with speed
• The Marketing Team in order to build impactful launch plans and detect growth opportunities (app store featuring, influencers, etc.) 
• In partnership with Analytics Team, dig into game or feature / events performance analysis and propose a plan to improve KPIs

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Work in multidisciplinary pods - autonomous teams with everything they need to move fast and own their outcomes. As a Senior PM, you'll lead one of those pods, acting as its strategic and operational head. That means setting direction, prioritizing focus, and being accountable for what the pod ships and the results it drives.
• Drive data-informed product decisions - identify growth levers, run experiments, and iterate fast
• Build the feedback loops that keep us close to players as we scale
• Determine and set up KPIs for new game features and participate in high-level design
• Own the game pricing and participate in the game economy creation or evolution with Game Designers
• Drive Live Operations by building Live Ops Product roadmap and executing on monthly offers & Events
• Leverage Data Analytics, A/B testing, Push Notifications and other tools to drive KPIs
• Track and develop an expert-level understanding of the mobile gaming industry, including developing ability to qualitatively and quantitatively teardown mobile games

WE ARE A MATCH, IF YOU:

• Have at least 5 years of experience working on B2C digital products, ideally in Product Management, Game Design or Business Analysis or similar roles 
• Have a strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Are highly user-centric 
• Have strong communication and writing skills, with experience in preparing and presenting reports and feedback to various stakeholders
• Are passionate about mobile games
• Have a preference for working in a fast-paced agile development environment

• Experience working on free-to-play mobile games
• Passion for football and an understanding of football audiences and products
