Condiciones laborales

  • Función: Ventas por chat o llamadas para compañía de telecomunicaciones.
  • Salario: $2.850.000 COP (pagos catorcenales) + comisiones por ventas sin techo.
  • Tipo de contrato: Indefinido.
  • Jornada laboral: 42 horas semanales.
  • Horario de operación: Lunes a domingo entre 11:00 a.m. y 3:00 a.m.. (dos días de descanso).

Training + Nesting

  • Entrenamiento (10 días)
  • Lunes a jueves: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Viernes: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Descanso: sábados y domingos.
  • Nesting (10 días)
  • 42 horas semanales.
  • Horarios asignados según necesidades operativas.

Requirements

  • Nivel académico: Bachiller, Técnico, Tecnólogo o Profesional.
  • Experiencia laboral: Mínimo 6 meses en call center.
  • Residencia: Bogotá. • Nivel de inglés: B2+ - C1.
