Travel Account Manager

Requirements: Previous experience in B2B travel, account management, or a travel agent role with a strong understanding of the travel industry Confident and professional written and verbal English communication skills for managing client and supplier relationships Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, proposals, and follow-ups simultaneously Experience with invoicing, pricing coordination, and proposal preparation Comfortable working independently and managing a varied workload across account management and operational tasks Reliable and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to client communication and supplier coordination Core responsibilities: Manage B2B client accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing travel partners and corporate clients Respond to inbound travel enquiries and assist with bookings and itinerary coordination as required Prepare and send pricing, packages, and proposals to clients in a professional and timely manner Manage invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments across client accounts Liaise with contracted suppliers and operators to coordinate logistics and service delivery Update and maintain pricing, product information, and package details across internal systems Support the wider team with account management tasks, reporting, and general operational support Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and supplier communications
