Its postings cover talent acquisition for hourly manufacturing roles, in-process quality assurance auditors, packaging operators on 12-hour night shifts, analytical scientists and R&D interns. The company is headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, United States.

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions including production, skilled-trades, technical, quality, maintenance, and warehouse positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers, Human Resources, and Operations leaders to understand workforce needs, establish hiring priorities, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Partner builds and maintains diverse talent pipelines for current and future business needs, uses recruiting data and local labor-market insights to guide hiring strategies, and serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process. This role also identifies opportunities to improve recruiting processes, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Partner with manufacturing, Operations, Human Resources, and department leaders to assess staffing needs, clarify job requirements, establish hiring priorities, and develop realistic hiring timelines.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, quality, maintenance, and warehouse positions across multiple shifts and skill levels.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social and professional networks, employee referrals, community organizations, technical schools, workforce agencies, career fairs, and other local talent channels.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-volume, hard-to-fill, and anticipated roles.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and screening to evaluate qualifications, relevant work history, schedule and shift availability, compensation alignment, motivation and interest in the opportunity.
  • Coordinate interviews, site visits, hiring events, and other selection activities while maintaining timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Establish and maintain recruiting expectations with hiring managers, identify process bottlenecks, and proactively communicate or escalate issues that may impact hiring timelines or candidate experience.
  • Prepare and extend offers in accordance with approved compensation practices and support pre-employment and onboarding handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, disposition, and hiring records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time to fill, requisition aging, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, candidate flow, and hiring-event results; identify trends and recommend actions to improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, seasonal or expansion hiring, attrition risks, and changing production demands.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, sourcing strategies, candidate communications, and hiring-manager practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.
  • Support employer-branding initiatives and represent the company at community, school, military, workforce-development, and industry recruiting events.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with staffing agencies and other approved external recruiting partners; monitor service quality and use partners as approved.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policy and applicable employment laws, including consistent documentation and candidate dispositioning.
  • Provide a professional, responsive, and respectful experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong consultative and customer-service skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, follow-through, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment with competing requisitions and changing business priorities.
  • Ability to use applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, Microsoft Office applications, sourcing platforms, and recruiting data to manage work and communicate results.
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and commitment to fair and consistent hiring practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing production needs, and maintain a sense of urgency without compromising candidate quality or experience.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional early, late, or off-shift recruiting activities, based on business needs.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Three (3) or more years of full-cycle talent acquisition or recruiting experience required.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hourly hiring and skilled-trades or technical recruitment preferred.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable applicant tracking and HR information system preferred.
