Partnership Growth Analyst

The Partnership Growth Analyst is responsible for executing and optimizing customer communications across the customer lifecycle. This role supports the planning, execution, and performance analysis of multi-channel campaigns that improve customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Data, and Commercial teams, the analyst helps deliver personalized, data-driven communications that enhance the customer experience and drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer communication campaigns across WhatsApp, Push, Email, SMS, and In-App channels.

• Support lifecycle communication strategies across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation journeys.

• Create customer-centric messaging and value propositions aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to launch campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities through reporting and A/B testing.

• Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to identify communication opportunities and friction points.

• Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and communication best practices.

• Support promotional launches, product releases, and commercial initiatives through targeted communications.

• Present campaign insights, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Engineering, or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Communications, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, or similar.

• Experience executing multi-channel customer communication campaigns.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign metrics to drive decisions.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Braze, Customer.io, Infobip, etc.) is a plus.

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, telecommunications, or technology companies is preferred.
