Event Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized Event Project Coordinator to manage and execute events from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all event logistics
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers
• Manage timelines and schedules
• Support on-site event execution
• Ensure smooth operations during events

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience in events is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred)
• 03 years of experience in event coordination or project coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Experience with event planning or logistics is a plus
