  • Develop and maintain editorial style guidelines and manage a centralized content library.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand voice and adheres to editorial, SEO, and compliance standards.
  • Edit and refine content from team members and partners for clarity, tone, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Oversee content production workflows from ideation to publication, ensuring alignment with defined processes.
  • Manage relationships with external content vendors, including freelance writers, designers, and agencies.
  • Support SEO and AIO initiatives by developing and optimizing content to improve search performance.
  • Partner with digital and web development teams to ensure content is optimized and appropriately implemented across channels.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and use data to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in content management, marketing communications, or editorial roles required.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage content strategies in complex or regulated environments.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail and brand voice.
  • Familiarity with homebuilding or construction industry terminology, practices, and marketing compliance standards is preferred.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align content initiatives with business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, action-oriented settings while maintaining focus and delivering high-quality results.
