About Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team in Tokyo. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and application architecture, with a strong focus on the capital markets domain and digital transformation programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can define architecture roadmaps and standards, review designs, and guide modernization efforts while aligning business and technology strategies.

What You'll Do

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap and standards to support business objectives.
• Review and assess architectural designs to ensure alignment with established standards and best practices.
• Guide modernization initiatives by providing architectural direction and support.
• Align business and technology strategies to ensure cohesive enterprise architecture decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met through architectural solutions.
• Support the implementation of cloud architecture, integration architecture, security architecture, and data architecture.
• Utilize TOGAF or similar frameworks to guide architectural practices and governance.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of technology strategy and application architecture.
• Experience in solution governance and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2/High N3).
• Expertise in cloud architecture, integration architecture, security architecture, and data architecture.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or similar frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Background in capital markets and financial services.
• Experience in leading digital transformation programs.
