Senior/Software Engineer (.NET Full Stack / ERP)

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on .NET development expertise, experience maintaining business-critical ERP systems, and the ability to provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure uninterrupted ERP operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and integration of ERP modules and enterprise applications.

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, ASP.NET, modern .NET, Entity Framework, Razor, Blazor, and related technologies.

• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server and Oracle databases, including schemas, stored procedures, and data access layers.

• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, support testing, and maintain secure deployment practices.

• Troubleshoot production incidents, resolve technical issues, and ensure ERP system reliability and continuity.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to developers.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation and establish a reliable backup for critical ERP modules and responsibilities.

Technical Competencies

• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core / modern .NET, and Entity Framework.

• Hands-on experience with Razor, Blazor, and full-stack web application development.

• Working knowledge of .NET MAUI.

• Strong expertise in SQL Server and Oracle Database, including database design, stored procedures, SQL tuning, and database programming.

• Familiarity with Git, APIs, IIS, and secure application deployment.

• Experience in production support, performance optimization, and enterprise system integration.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

• 5–7+ years of relevant hands-on software development experience preferably in FMCG (Toiletries) industries.

• Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications, preferably ERP systems.

• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and delivery of business-critical applications.
