This position will lead the implementation and development direction for the construction of Rakuten Ecosystem (membership) related services and products in line with the Rakuten Group's overall membership strategy. (This role can also be considered a director/product manager position with a focus on implementation/development.)

Specific Job Description
You will be responsible for the implementation and development of new and existing products to deepen the Rakuten Ecosystem.
・Project planning, requirements definition, design, and implementation direction
・Project progress management and task prioritization
・Detailed design and specification development for A/B testing and distribution
・File management and operations using Git
・QA and release work
Those with particular technical expertise will also be responsible for the following as Technical Directors:
・Technical support for the Web Director
・Architecture design and API specification design in collaboration with engineers
・Technology selection and development environment improvement

Job Requirements
[Required Qualifications]
- Work closely with the business side, focusing on strategy and marketing, and want to directly experience the business results generated by releases.
- 5+ years of web production/development direction
- Direct dynamic processing using APIs
- Experience managing files using Git and independently conducting releases
- Front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS)
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Back-end development (PHP, Java, etc.)
- Experience developing large-scale websites/apps and new features
- Experience with login-based membership sites
- Proven track record of developing websites/apps using agile/lean development processes and achieving results
- Experience managing teams as a leader
