Purchasing Specialist

Conduct monthly purchasing operations in accordance with company requirements (ensuring suppliers provide complete documentation and electronic invoices, and obtaining price quotations from at least three suppliers).
Coordinate with various departments to determine requirements regarding specifications, quantities, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Conduct market research (inquiries, negotiations, and price comparisons).
Manage commercial negotiations and execute contracts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Experience with supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, and contract management.
Knowledge of procurement procedures and electronic invoicing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
High capacity to work under pressure; precision and a sense of responsibility
