Remote Recruitment is looking for a Bid Coordinator to keep tender responses complete, organised and on schedule.

You will coordinate information and assemble approved proposal content so submissions meet the stated requirements.

What you will do

• Maintain tender submission checklists and track deadlines.
• Coordinate contributions from the relevant stakeholders.
• Assemble approved proposal documents and supporting information.
• Check formatting, completeness and consistency before review.
• Maintain bid records and flag missing information or delivery risks.

What we are looking for

• Tender or proposal coordination experience.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and the ability to follow submission requirements.
• Reliable internet and a suitable remote workspace in South Africa.
• The ability to work independently, communicate progress and meet agreed deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience using online tender portals.
• Experience maintaining proposal templates and document versions.
