Customer Success & Executive Assistant
Salary: R25 000 - R28 000 per month
Our client, a growing UK property development and training consultancy, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager and Executive Assistant to join their team fully remotely from South Africa. This is a dynamic hybrid role designed for a high-calibre professional with strong client relationship skills who can also provide high-level executive support to the founder. You will take full ownership of the client journey for high-value training programmes, oversee administrative processes, and work closely with the Operations Manager and a dedicated support assistant. This position offers clear long-term career progression into a senior Customer Success and Coaching leadership role.
What you will do
- Take ownership of the client onboarding journey and serve as the main point of contact on Slack for high-value cohorts.
- Track client engagement, progress, and satisfaction, proactively following up with clients who need additional support.
- Manage the initial administrative review of client property site submissions, ensuring data is accurate and complete before escalating for investment decisions.
- Attend weekly group coaching calls, log action items, follow up on client deliverables, and progressively build knowledge to answer routine client queries.
- Provide Executive Assistant support to the founder, including diary management, inbox triage, meeting prep, action tracking, travel, and personal administration.
- Assist the founder with personal branding and content coordination to ensure consistent online visibility.
- Effectively delegate routine administrative tasks to a dedicated team assistant and maintain structured reporting with the Operations Manager.
What we are looking for
- Solid experience in Customer Success, Client Experience, or Account Management, coupled with executive support capabilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with high confidence presenting on Zoom to premium clients.
- Highly organised and detail-orientated with a proactive approach to managing workloads.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to hold clients and internal team members accountable in a warm, professional tone.
- Proven ability to delegate effectively and manage team resources rather than trying to handle every task single-handedly.
- High learning agility, low ego, and an interest in developing into a coaching and leadership position over time.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and constructively challenging leadership when appropriate.
Nice to have
- Experience using platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Monday.com, and Slack.
- Previous experience working in a UK-aligned or global remote environment.
- Exposure to high-ticket programme delivery or client coaching operations.
