Role Overview
We are hiring a highly experienced Executive Assistant based in Manila to support the CEO of RZR during Manila daytime hours as part of a 24/7 coverage model. You will partner closely with our existing night-shift Executive Assistant and report to the EA Lead to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity across time zones. This is a true business partner role, not just admin support, and requires strong judgment, operational excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar across APAC, EMEA, and US time zones, resolving conflicts proactively
- Handle high-volume inbox management, including drafting and responding on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-ups with clear action tracking
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders with speed and accuracy
Operations & Coordination
- Plan and manage travel, logistics, and scheduling across regions
- Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and priority lists
- Ensure seamless daily handoffs between day and night shift EAs
- Anticipate needs and surface risks or conflicts ahead of time
Communication
- Draft clear, concise, and professional communications on behalf of the CEO
- Act as a gatekeeper while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Required Skills / Experience
- 10+ years of EA experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with AI and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience in fast-paced global companies
- High level of discretion, ownership, and flexibility across time zones
