What will you do?
- Manage industrial projects including localization, transfers, and capacity increases to enhance manufacturing performance
- Develop and implement process automation and IT solutions that drive efficiency and quality across operations
- Lead coordination of cross-functional teams in procurement, quality, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution
- Integrate quality design and design-to-cost methodologies to balance technical excellence with cost efficiency
What are the key skills for success?
- Manufacturing Process Optimization - intermediate level; improving production workflows to maximize efficiency and output
- Product Data Management - intermediate level; managing technical documentation and data across project lifecycles
- Continuous Improvement - developing level; identifying and implementing incremental enhancements to processes
- Design-To-Cost - intermediate level; balancing technical requirements with cost constraints during design phases
- Quality Control & Inspection - intermediate level; ensuring standards are met throughout production processes
- Equipment URS / machine specification / technical specification
- Adaptability - intermediate level; adjusting approaches in dynamic manufacturing environments
- Influencing Skills - intermediate level; driving alignment and buy-in across cross-functional stakeholders
What qualifications will make you successful:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, or related majors
- Advanced in PLC programming, Software coding (such as Java/C#/Python/Labview), IT network
- Strong experience in machine spec, managing FAT/SAT and machine qualification
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges independently
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and functions
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering measurable impact and meeting deadlines
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments while maintaining adherence to quality and compliance standards
