We are looking for an experienced and driven Delivery Lead to guide the rollout and adoption of our modern, cloud-native monitoring, logging, and tracing stack (focusing on tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Kubernetes in an AWS environment).
Your main responsibility goes beyond supporting platform engineers with technical delivery - you will drive change, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and ensure that solutions are successfully adopted into the daily workflows of engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Delivery & Adoption: Lead initiatives from platform integration through to full operational adoption within development teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Map dependencies, align priorities, and remove blockers between platform teams, SREs, and product development teams.
- Stakeholder Management & Decision Making: Keep technical and business stakeholders aligned, challenge assumptions when necessary, and facilitate decision-making during conflicting priorities.
- Operational Readiness: Ensure new observability solutions are delivered with clear processes, documentation, and operational readiness for production environments.
