Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Lead bids, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Bid-management within the Logistics/Freight Industry, inclluding at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of securing high-value business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
