职责与工作内容（Duties & Responsibilities）
1 管理公司总部数据中心整体运营，以及网络基础设施和应用/数据库服务器支持功能的长期发展方向。
2 建立Devops运维SRE 体系，对核心业务系统提供可靠的服务保障
3 参与设计酒店IT基础架构所涉及的系统应用部署与资源评估
4 管理变更控制流程，确保对生产环境的每项变更均已获得充分授权、优先级排序和评估。
5 定期对市场上的产品进行评估，推荐最合适的具有竞争力的硬件和软件解决方案。
6 管理外包支持团队的交付成果和支持活动。
7 确保各项支撑技术的服务水平协议（SLA）充分、更新且与业务部门的期望一致。
8 管理灾难恢复计划（数据备份与恢复、灾难恢复计划更新及年度灾难恢复演练）。
9 执行主管或高层管理层指派的其他职责和专项任务。
岗位要求（Job Requirements）
1 （1）精通Microsoft产品生态，如AD，ADFS，WSUS，EID等。
（2）精通Kubernetes微服务架构和Docker容器编排。
（3）熟悉部署Azure，或阿里云/腾讯云上的服务来构建高可用系统与服务。
（4）熟悉 Linux 内核调优、Nginx、Redis、Kafka、MySQL 等主流中间件的原理与高可用架构。
（5）精通研发运维一体化流程，熟练使用 Jenkins/GitLab CI/ArgoCD等，提升交付效率。
（6）熟悉机房管理与网络构建"
2 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历
3 3年以上团队管理经验，至少5年IT基础设施运营管理经验，涵盖以下关键领域：
（1）问题管理、故障管理、变更管理、配置管理、容量管理、性能与可用性管理流程
（2）根据行业最佳实践制定标准操作规程
（3）服务水平交付与管理
（4）安全补丁、更新和升级管理
（5）灾难恢复计划的制定、文档化和测试"
