  • Support the MY Legal team in preparing and submitting documents for e-stamping via LHDN's STAMPS system
  • Track stamping status, duty payments, and certificate issuance for each contract
  • Maintain an accurate log/tracker of stamped vs. pending documents
  • File and organize stamped documents
  • Support other ad-hoc administrative or document-management tasks as assigned
  • Ability to speak/read Bahasa Melayu, as the stamp duty (STAMPS) system is in Malay
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking
  • Able to work independently once trained
