SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the iGaming and gambling industry (platforms, casinos, betting solutions, and related products)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential customers, and business expansion opportunities
Negotiate and close business deals to meet sales and revenue targets
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies and promotional activities
Attend industry events, expos, and networking conferences to expand the company’s presence and brand recognition worldwide
Prepare reports and presentations for management on business development progress and strategic plans
Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in business development/sales, or account management
Knowledge of the English language is required, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis
Experience in developing partnerships and managing key accounts is preferred
Knowledge of CRM tools, business development software, and project management tools
Open to travel for business meetings and industry events
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Result-driven and highly motivated
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Persuasive with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
