Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
• Present and sell the company’s product offerings to target clients by clearly highlighting its value.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance, set sales targets, and provide regular reports on progress
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product offerings
• Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management
• Foster a high-performance sales culture by implementing coaching, performance reviews, and recognition programs
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 1+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and contract negotiations is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and lead generation techniques
• Proficient in negotiating contracts and managing key accounts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level is required for communication with international clients and reporting
