Join Spectro Cloud as a Senior Technical Writer and contribute to our Kubernetes management platform, Palette. You will create user-friendly content, collaborate with technical teams, and mentor junior writers. Ideal candidates have a strong technical background, experience with developer tools, and a passion for learning new technologies.
Missions
- Contribuer à la documentation et à l'expérience utilisateur de Palette, la plateforme de gestion Kubernetes de Spectro Cloud.
- Créer des guides pratiques, des documents de fonctionnalités et du contenu éducatif qui aident les utilisateurs à comprendre et à utiliser les fonctionnalités du produit.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit, ingénierie et support pour garantir l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité de la documentation des fonctionnalités.
Profil recherché
- Experience with Docs-as-Code processes- Able to coach and mentor other technical writers
- A self-starter with the ability to dive into technical features by themselves and create documentation
- Comfortable using developer tools such as git, CLIs, Docker, and GitHub
- Experience with infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware)
- Displays a passion for learning and exploring new technologies

- Experience in analyzing information architecture and restructuring content
- Comfortable writing in Markdown
- Comfortable creating diagrams and visual resources to help the learning process
- 4+ years of experience as a technical writer
- Familiar with containers and Kubernetes
- Excellent communication skills
- Cloud certifications, such as the AWS cloud certifications
- Experience with AI tools and workflows
