SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER - PRODUCT OPERATIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ISSE
@ Take ownership and accountability for the day-to-day product operations of multiple business verticals ensuring smooth, accurate, and competitive product performance at all times.
@ Manage product configurations across the vertical, including odds/markets, game setups, bet limits, promotions, and other platform settings, ensuring accuracy and optimal customer experience.
@ Scope, define, and document new features / enhancements, working closely with the Product and Tech teams to prioritize and deliver a seamless user experience across web and .
@ Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, product configurations, and releases, ensuring quality and functionality before go- live.
@ Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and workflows, improving operational efficiency across the vertical.
@ Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely issue resolution, and consistent service quality.
@ Lead integration projects with external platforms, feed providers, banks and service partners from scoping and coordination through to testing and go-live.
@ Collaborate with Marketing, and CRM teams to support acquisition, retention, and cross-selling initiatives between verticals.
Continuously monitor trends, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify operational improvements and resolve issues proactively.
@ Identify high-demand tournaments and events and ensure the platform is optimally configured to support user activity during these periods.
@ Manage relationships with feed providers and platform partners to ensure accurate data, competitive odds, and optimal iGaming experience.
REQUIREMENTS
@ Between 2-5 years of experience in digital Product Operations, Project Manager, Operations Manager in a Tech env, or similar roles, preferably in FinTech, iGaming, or any performance-driven B2C environments.
@ Candidates with prior experience in the gaming industry will have an added advantage.
@ Strong understanding of web and mobile app ecosystems, including how features and product configurations function and are delivered across verticals and platforms.
@ Hands-on experience in app testing and conducting UAT and releasing the features into Prod environment.
@ Experience coordinating with 3rd party vendors and service providers, including leading integration projects with external platforms and services.
@ Experience identifying and driving process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
e@ Solid understanding of user behavior and engagement patterns for web and mobile applications.
@ Strong analytical skills, and familiarity with tracking and monitoring tools such as GA4, Firebase, and PowerBI.
@ Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and support day-to-day work.
@ Team player with excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
