We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to architect and lead the development of scalable, secure, and production-ready Generative AI applications. You will play a pivotal role in designing intelligent workflows and agentic systems while mentoring a team of engineers to elevate the firm's overall AI maturity.

Our client is a leading global professional services firm with a significant footprint in the accounting and financial services sector. They are committed to driving digital transformation through cutting-edge technology and are currently expanding their AI engineering capabilities to deliver enterprise-grade intelligent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligent workflows.
  • Develop and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and product teams to translate complex requirements into scalable AI roadmaps.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct rigorous design and code reviews, and foster engineering excellence.
  • Guide the adoption of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure all AI solutions adhere to strict security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Deep expertise in RAG architectures, including vector databases, chunking strategies, and semantic search.
  • Proven experience with cloud-native AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
  • Experience with AI evaluation and observability tools like LangSmith, RAGAS, or DeepEval.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native engineering, containerization, and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with financial services compliance frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, and Basel III/IV.
