Responsibilities
- Pass our internal SAP Basis program under lead of experienced SAP Basis Professional
- Get familiar and work according to ITIL
- Assist in the daily operation and the implementation activities related to SAP Basis.
- Assist in handling incident tickets and change requests.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Systems in our data center and cloud environment.
- Assistance in the automation of technical processes
- Support and cooperation in IT projects
Qualifications
- Student in computer science
- Interest or first experience within SAP Basis (installation/operation)
- Interest or first experience in Unix environment (eg Suse Linux, Ubuntu, Redhat, Debian, ...)
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of virtual systems (VMware, VIO) advantage
- Real team player and aware of cross-cultural working
- Good listening and communication skills
- Good English skills
