Power Platform Specialist (Hybrid - Porto)

We are looking for a Power Platform Specialist to join our team (Hybrid - Porto).

What you'll do:

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform;

• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate;

• Apply data modelling principles to support the development of data-driven solutions;

• Analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and seasonality, and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders;

• Collaborate closely with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle;

• Contribute to system integrations and the development of solutions using REST APIs;

• Support the design and development of scalable ETL pipelines in collaboration with engineering teams;

• Work in an international and Agile environment, adapting to evolving project requirements;

• Communicate technical solutions and data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

• Be available for occasional short-term international travel, according to project needs.

What you will need to bring:

• At least 4 years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate (mandatory);

• Solid knowledge of data modelling and data-driven solutions (mandatory);

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;

• Experience working in international environments;

• Fluent English, minimum B2 level (mandatory);

• Availability to travel abroad for short periods, when required by project or client needs;

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-500, PL-600, PL-700, PL-900 or DP-X00 (nice to have);

• Experience with SharePoint Online and Dataverse (nice to have);

• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric (nice to have);

• Knowledge of Python and SQL (nice to have);

• Knowledge of Azure, SSAS and SSIS (nice to have);

• Experience with ETL pipelines and REST APIs (nice to have);

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum/Kanban (nice to have);

• French language skills (nice to have).
