A CAE Analyst or Senior Engineer with 6 to 9 years of experience specializing in Nastran and Abaqus falls squarely into a Senior Lead Engineer

Independent Project Execution Autonomously setting up boundary conditions, defining multi axial load cases, and executing simulations for full vehicle, aerospace structures or heavy industrial assembly subsystems

Advanced Debugging Proven capability to troubleshoot solver convergence errors independently particularly with complex contact definitions and non linear materials in Abaqus

Fatigue & Durability Validation Predicting component life and fatigue calculations using specialized integrations like nCode

CAE to Test Correlation Correlating virtual simulation results with real world physical laboratory testing data to update and calibrate high fidelity FE models
