Job Description :

Manager - Data Integrations (Reports to Sr Manager and Director)

Experience : 13 - 15 years

Location : Hyderabad

Work Arrangement : 5 days working from office

Note : 24-7 Production support expected

Major Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI Developers, Data Visualization Specialists, and Reporting Analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and data accuracy.

Data Engineering & Strategy :

- Pipeline Oversight : Direct the construction and optimization of robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest clinical, financial, and operational data into cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Snowflake).

- Data Architecture : Oversee the transition from legacy data structures to modern, scalable architectures, ensuring data integrity and referential consistency across the enterprise.

- Master Data Management (MDM) : Lead efforts to maintain a "single source of truth" for patient and provider data, minimizing duplicates and ensuring high-quality reporting.

Healthcare Integration & Interoperability :

- Standardization : Manage the development of real-time interfaces utilizing HL7 (v2/v3), FHIR, and EDI standards to ensure seamless communication between disparate healthcare applications.

- Interface Engine Management : Oversee the configuration and performance of enterprise interface engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, or Mirth Connect).

- API-First Approach : Drive the adoption of modern API-led connectivity to support mobile health applications and third-party interoperability.

Security, Compliance & Quality :

- HIPAA Governance : Enforce strict data privacy protocols for all data in transit and at rest, ensuring offshore teams adhere to HIPAA, HITECH, and HITRUST standards.

- Data Quality Framework : Implement automated validation and reconciliation processes to detect and resolve data discrepancies before they impact clinical decisions or financial reporting.

- Audit Support : Maintain comprehensive documentation of data lineage and integration mappings for US regulatory audits.

Leadership & Offshore Excellence :

- Team Orchestration : Lead and mentor a team of 15+ engineers, managing performance, career development, and technical skill-building.

- Global Collaboration : Act as the primary offshore technical lead, collaborating daily with US-based Product Owners and SVPs to align technical execution with business strategy.

- Velocity & Delivery : Manage sprint cycles and delivery timelines, ensuring that data and integration milestones are met with high predictability.

- Work closely with Information Security to ensure robust access controls are implemented for all sensitive data accessed via BI tools.

Qualification :

B.Tech / B.E / Graduation in any specialization

Technical Skills :

- Deep expertise in at least one enterprise-level BI visualization tool (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and performance tuning of complex queries against large-scale data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse).

- Strong, practical understanding of dimensional data modeling (Kimball methodology).

- Experience with ETL/data pipeline concepts and tools to understand the data source flow.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing network issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Airflow, ETL platforms, APIs, UiPath, MOVEit

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP/Azure)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.

- Familiarity with Python/R for advanced analytics or predictive modeling.

- Experience with cloud-native data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Azure Synapse).

- Certification in a relevant BI or Data Warehousing technology
