Job Title: Admin & Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly organised and hands-on Admin & Operations Manager to provide structure, coordination and operational oversight across a fast-paced premium service environment.
• This role is for someone who can see what needs to be done, organise people and processes, and make sure things actually get done.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Ensure teams, schedules, facilities, vendors and service activities are properly coordinated.
• Develop, document and implement SOPs, processes and administrative systems.
• Monitor compliance with operational procedures and service standards.
• Coordinate between departments and ensure timely follow-through on tasks and issues.
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Supervise administrative/support personnel and coordinate external service providers where required.
• Maintain proper records, documentation and reporting systems.
• Support management with planning, coordination and execution of operational priorities.
• Continuously improve processes to make the business more organised and efficient.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years' experience in administration, operations, office management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of operations, process management and coordination.
• Experience developing SOPs and putting structure around a growing business.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving ability.
• Able to lead, coordinate and hold people accountable for execution.
• Hands-on, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
• Experience in aviation, hospitality, luxury services or another high-service environment is an advantage.
• We need an operator — someone who brings structure, takes ownership and keeps things moving.

Salary
N400,000 monthly.
