As a Student Technical Support Analyst, you'll support English-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email while building valuable customer service and technical troubleshooting experience alongside your studies.
What you'll do
- Provide customer support in English via phone, chat, and email.
- Assist customers with questions related to mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, and smart devices.
- Guide users through product features and functionalities.
- Escalate more complex technical issues when necessary.
- Take ownership of customer cases from first contact to resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes.
Requirements

- Active student status at a university or college.
- Fluent English (C1) communication skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in technology and smart devices.
- Availability to work part-time alongside studies.
- Ability to work on-site in Debrecen.
- Valid Hungarian work permit if applicable.
