Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store sales targets.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective sales strategies and planning.
• Develop and motivate the team to build a high-performing store.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including manpower, inventory, cash management and visual merchandising.
• Maintain brand standards, operational compliance and an engaging store environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability and overall store performance.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Commercially driven with a strong customer focus.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
