Key Responsibilities

• Drive individual and store sales performance through effective sales execution.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong product and brand knowledge.
• Maintain high retail standards, store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Support inventory accuracy, stock counts and minimise stock losses.
• Support store operations including opening, closing and merchandise receiving.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and support store reporting.
• Continue developing product knowledge and complete required learning modules.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Open to SPM leavers and above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
