IT Support Specialist

As part of our digital transformation journey, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Technology & Innovation Department. Reporting to the IT Manager, the role will support the effective planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of technology projects and operational activities across the Group.

Role Requirements:

• Provide first- and second-line support for user devices, Microsoft 365, Teams and workplace applications, as well as first-line support for ERP, HRMS, CRM and other business systems.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals and meeting-room equipment.
• Process user-account, license and access changes and deploy approved applications, updates and endpoint configurations through Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, stock, software licenses, subscriptions, domains, warranties and renewal dates, and coordinate allocation, repair, replacement, return and disposal.
• Record, manage and resolve incidents and service requests, maintaining clear technical documentation, procedures and knowledge-base content.
• Provide and revoke user access, equipment, software and licenses in coordination with HR and relevant departments.
• Support basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and internet-connectivity issues and assist with the reliable operation of IT services across company locations.
• Escalate infrastructure, security and application issues where required and coordinate with senior engineers, system owners and external service providers.
• Support endpoint-security measures, security-awareness activities and improvements to IT support processes and user experience.

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT help-desk or desktop-support roles, preferably in multi-site or hybrid environments.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator) are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams and basic Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Familiarity with mobile device platforms (iOS/Android) and MDM/EMM solutions (e.g., Intune).
• Understanding basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) and print services.
• Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools and remote support utilities.
• Awareness of security best practices, endpoint protection and data loss prevention controls.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
