Lead Generation & Data Mining Specialist (AI-Enabled)

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy professional who can drive lead generation through a mix of research, outreach, and AI-powered automation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring new tools, experimenting with strategies, and delivering measurable results.

Key Deliverables

• Generate qualified leads through multiple channels:

  • Data research & mining
  • Cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Social selling (primarily LinkedIn)
• Build and maintain targeted prospect databases based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
• Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach with business goals
• Identify new markets, industries, and decision-makers
• Plan and execute outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn sequences)
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (open rates, replies, conversions)
• Maintain CRM hygiene and generate weekly/monthly performance reports

AI & Automation Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to:

  • Research prospects and enrich lead data faster
  • Personalize cold emails and outreach at scale
  • Generate and test outreach copies (A/B testing)

• Leverage automation tools to:

  • Build and manage outreach sequences
  • Reduce manual work in data collection and follow-ups
• Continuously explore and implement new AI tools/workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• 0-3 years experience in lead generation / SDR / business development
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Good understanding of B2B sales funnel and outbound prospecting

• Hands-on experience with:

  • CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce or similar)
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or equivalent)
  • Email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
• Strong research and data mining skills

AI & Tech Skills (Important)

• Familiarity with AI tools such as:

  • ChatGPT or similar tools for content and research
  • Basic automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus

• Ability to use AI tools practically for:

  • Writing personalized outreach
  • Data enrichment
  • Workflow automation
• Mindset to experiment with AI and improve productivity

? (No need for deep technical skills - but must be comfortable using AI tools daily)

Good-to-Have

• Experience in IT services / outsourcing industry
• Exposure to international markets (US, UK, etc.)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
