Deployment Strategist
About the role:
An AI transformation firm that helps enterprises actually deploy AI systems, not just talk about them, is hiring a Deployment Strategist. The team is small, practitioner-led, and runs with heavy leverage from AI agents.
This role owns the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for enterprise clients: taking a strategic goal and turning it into working, scalable software that launches and sticks. It works directly with the founder and with client-side C-suite. This is a doer role, not a coordinator role.
Responsibilities
:
- Own AI deployments end to end, from scoping through launch, for enterprise customers.
- Translate client goals into working software and real integrations.
- Build and ship API integrations, connect systems and data flows, and get them into production.
- Lead complex projects across functions with minimal guidance.
- Manage multiple client stakeholders directly, align competing priorities, and drive decisions.
- Ship in weeks, not months.
Requirements:
- 3+ years delivering complex technical projects (API integrations, SaaS deployments) for enterprise clients.
- Founder or early employee (joined around MVP) at a B2B startup.
- Hands-on technical fluency with APIs and system integrations.
- A track record of shipping product end to end and working cross-functionally.
- Senior, direct client-facing experience.
- Existing work authorization for Poland (no visa sponsorship).
Not a fit if:
- Background is pure consulting with no hands-on B2B or startup execution.
- Requires detailed specs and structure before acting.
- Experience is only in large, slow-moving corporate environments.
- Experience is only internal-facing, with no senior client work.
