Position Summary

The Digital Marketing & Experience Coordinator supports the delivery and day-to-day operation of Atlas Real Estate’s marketing ecosystem across digital marketing, CRM and automation, marketing operations, content, design, digital experience and sales enablement.

This is a hands-on junior role suited to someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing and design who is interested in developing broader capability across marketing technology, content, UI/UX, customer experience and AI-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns across email, web, social, digital advertising and other relevant channels.

• Build and update campaign assets, landing pages, forms and supporting digital content.

• Support CRM, email marketing and marketing automation, including segmentation, personalisation, database management, forms, triggers, workflows and tags.

• Maintain marketing systems, assets, resources, workflows, databases, trackers and internal libraries.

• Support sales enablement and internal marketing platforms, including Atlas iQ and future or replacement systems.

• Create, edit and maintain marketing content across digital and print channels.

• Support UI/UX, digital experiences, wireframes, layouts, prototypes and user testing.

• Produce and adapt creative assets, property marketing, agent assets, presentations, brochures, social content and digital advertising.

• Use approved AI tools for content development, campaign variations, creative production, research, data organisation, workflow documentation and QA.

• Maintain digital content and asset libraries, including naming, tagging, organisation, categorisation and version control.

• Assist with marketing technology, integrations, workflows, troubleshooting, testing and automation.

• Conduct QA and brand compliance across creative assets, campaigns, emails, content and digital experiences.

• Manage assigned tasks and priorities, communicate roadblocks or delays, and work closely with internal teams and external suppliers.

  Skills & Experience

• Approximately 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, graphic design, content or a related role.

• Foundational graphic and digital design skills with a strong eye for layout, typography and visual consistency.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit clear marketing copy.

• Experience with or interest in CRM, email marketing and marketing automation.

• Understanding of marketing operations, asset management and organised digital workflows.

• Understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journeys and campaign execution.

• Interest in UI/UX and intuitive digital experiences.

• Confidence using AI tools in creative, marketing and productivity workflows.

• Strong attention to detail, organisation and quality control.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Willingness to learn new technologies, platforms and processes.

Experience with CRM, marketing automation, design, CMS, website, sales enablement, project management or AI platforms is highly regarded but not essential.

Role Development

This is a development-focused role with exposure across digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, marketing operations, content, design, UI/UX, sales enablement, marketing technology and AI.

The role is expected to build capability over time through hands-on execution, training and exposure to Atlas’ broader marketing and technology ecosystem, with opportunities to take on greater ownership as skills and experience develop.
