Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Develop scalable microservices and distributed systems.
Optimise application performance, reliability, and security.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement bug fixes.
Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17+).
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.
Strong understanding of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Git and version control.
Understanding of Maven or Gradle.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
